I read this in the middle of last night, and was surprised to see some people actually call for execution as a way to rid the country of TFG influence in response to the authors' hope for lighter punishment.

Also, many comments are very thoughtful. 4,000 plus comments!

Failure to prosecute Nixon led to IranContra and all of the subsequent illegal, immoral behavior from the Republicans. All the Republicans learned was that they could get away with anything.
