If it were easier to post personal pics here, I'd show them sitting on the steps of the cabin, five young children, my grandfather holding a 12 gauge shotgun (cattler rustlers about).

The young man who conducts the workout classes we attend takes cold showers on purpose all the time. I think that is nuts.

I have done no research on it because it just sounds painful especially when I am looking out my window at snow and a pond that has formed on the snow across the street. I can't imagine jumping in that pond.

There are many examples on-line of people using cold water as some sort of health treatment. Hell maybe it is the fountain of youth for all I know. I don't mind a chilly dip when it's hot out. I am a water baby. Loved surfing when I was younger, Love swimming in lakes and rivers even ditches after gully washers when i was a kid.

I have considered it in the past but I will just wait for summer.
