He has played his hand and does not know how to get a Full House out of a low pair of 2's.

Personally I think he's sitting in the Big Blind, staring at a deuce-seven off-suit in the hole, with a raise in front of him ... and he's trying to decide whether to fold, call the raise, or re-raise in an attempt to bluff the table

As a deuce refers to a 1932 Ford Coupe as in, "Blinded by the Light," by Manford Mann. I think you mean to say, "a couple of Zweis."

Also that cars called a 'deuce' because deuce means 'two', as in, how many it seats.

The use of the word 'deuce' to refer to the value '2' in a deck of cards or, even older, on dice ... long predates 1932.

Pretty sure it originates from 'deux', which is French for 2.

Next objection?

Shakespearean, lean and hungry look. I am finding it quite enjoyable. I’ve always been a fan of Shakespeare
