In all fairness, we really need to come up with an acceptable non-misogynistic word for a disagreeable person.

The ones I use in private are very satisfying because they begin with the letter B or F. Both letters seem to satisfy the urge to express pure frustration against unpleasant humans. Not sure why, maybe linguists can weigh in on this.
