Watched the Ruhle-Boebert interview. I'm buying into the "not showing their hand" theory

Last edited Thu Jan 5, 2023, 12:47 PM - Edit history (1)

Ruhle questioned her pretty well and Boebert didn't deflect much. Boebert said she couldn't accept "any current leadership" for speaker and then threw a couple names out there. I saw a theory yesterday that the far right isn't showing their true candidate and I think this might be correct. They want to wear down the House until he pulls out. Then they will reveal their true candidate who they probably believe they can squeak through.

The change is quite noticeable.

She obviously decided that the 500 vote win was not acceptable and she is going
to get famous over night.

Someone did a really good job transforming her. I've seen the "before" photos and the contrast is incredible. Meanwhile, Marjorie Taylor Greene might consider hiring the same person(s) to give her a more acceptable look for a congressional representative. She has money, she can afford to dress like a congresswoman. Also, the other day she was chewing gum on the House floor. She has no respect for the institution like Jim 'Jacketless' Jordan.

100% agree with all your comments.

MTG should hire the same team.

Unfortunately many narcissists think they know better than the experts and look like crap all the time.

You can see some wealthy, famous people who constantly make a terrible presentation.
Even their high priced couture clothing looks atrocious.

I think the narcissists who are substance abusers as well are the worst.

looks amazing nor would I expect them to, but at least most of them try to look professional and respectful. Marjorie looks like she's going to the neighborhood bar for a few beers. Serving in Congress is such an extraordinary privilege. You'd think she'd make the effort to show some respect. She is just a very careless and thoughtless person.

They don't need to look like fashion plates. But they should look professional and respectful
of their high office. And appear to be serious about their job.

Instead some of them look like the Kardashians, celebrity reality show types.
Who are famous for being famous, no substance to them.

Apparently their voters like this style.

All we see is ego, entitlement, self promotion.

Some see it as just a big grifting opportunity.
Trump showed them how to do it.

In contrast some MOC really understand the supreme honor of representing the American people.
And how serious a job it really is.

Kevin was "NEVER" going to get trump support, even though trump has said he supports him. A narcissist NEVER forgets, and trump is not only getting he is revenge on Kevin, he is also going after the republicans party and making the look like idiots. The party has not been kissing up to trump, and that is what it is all about.

He has threatened an independent run things don't go his way. All this crap with the speaker is just the beginning of his plan to once and for all burn the current part to the ground.

Putin will be so proud of him!
