8. I think it may have involved Matty getting a

Subcommittee chair on the Armed Services committee from McCarthy. Rogers is going to be the committee chair, and may have had someone else in mind for the subcommittee.. plus at least one of them may have been drinking alcohol. When Matty voted present and McCarthy came up short, Rogers lost it.
