On the 14th ballot, Gaetz switched from voting for Jordan to voting present. But McCarthy still didn't have enough to win -- he would have, if Gaetz had voted for Mccarthy instead of present.

And then on the 15th ballot, Gaetz stayed with "present" but it didn't matter how he voted, McCarthy had the votes he needed no matter how Gaetz voted.
