Fox News and the "fair and balanced" networks (ABC, CBS, NBC) will run with this story.
And House Republicans are probably already planning hearings.

36 years. Was chair of the Judiciary Comm. There's no way he would keep classified docs. I believe they were planted. Why? Because they're getting ready to indict TraitorTrump. I think the FBI is investigating the planting of the docs. No one believes President Biden was keeping SCIF docs in his personal office post his vice presidency.

including presidents.

What're NOT equal are individual crimes and charges or lack of them, mitigating and exacerbating factors, including intent, etc.

Let them demand investigation, and we'll demand, "Well, of COURSE!"

Trumps documents were not retuned willingly and had to have a warrant and a search of his property to get them back.

THAT is the difference!

Here are the stark differences between Trump and Biden classified docs cases: legal experts

1) In particular, he cited a statement from Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president, who said that "that on the same day the material was discovered, Nov. 2, the White House counsel's office notified the National Archives, which took possession of the materials the following morning.”

2) In fact, the CNN story reveals that the documents have been locked up for five years, there was no request for them from he National Archives, and no flaunting of the documents by Biden. Trump's documents were stored in a pool storage room and there is evidence that he defied multiple requests to return them.

3) In fact, it's entirely possible Biden didn't even know he had them. The FBI wasn't called in to negotiate with anyone on Biden's team for the documents. There was also no search warrant issued for the FBI to search the locked offices for the documents.

4) “The documents were discovered when the President’s personal attorneys were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C. The President periodically used this space from mid-2017 until the start of the 2020 campaign. On the day of this discovery, November 2, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office notified the National Archives. The Archives took possession of the materials the following morning.”
