Fani Willis, they believe, is disposed too bring charges where and when warranted. They believe charges, in this case, will be warranted. They both seemed to be less confident if charges would be against underlings or all the way to Motherfucker.

3. Jan 24 is a scheduled hearing with all concerned to determine if Grand Jury

report will be made public (the GJ has indicated they want it released). The recommendations then will be used by Willis to determine potential indictments which will then be taken before a second (indicting) Grand Jury
