Criminal cases are much harder to prove than civil cases, one must prove criminal intent, that the perp knew he was committing a crime.

Enter Cassidy Hutchinson, she was in the White House with Mark Meadows when Trump walked by and stated, "we can't let this get out, we can't let anybody know that we lost." Oh and, Fani also subpoenaed Mark Meadows. This was before the Raffensperger phone call.

Mark Meadows was standing beside Cassidy when Trump admitted he lost. How did Meadows testify in the grand jury? Did he not recall? Did he take the 5th? Did he perjure himself? Was he subpoenaed as a witness or a target, it makes a big difference?
