Ho hum... Biden's classified documents

The fact of the matter is that we don't know what those documents were, or why they were classified, or what level of classification they had, and most likely never will.

For all we know, those classified docs could have been as mundane as travel arrangements, since he still had SS security.

So I for one will stop wondering about this, and ignore the RW media bullshit, and let the government do its job.

documents. Surely criminal intent figures into the equation somehow.

5. It's only a crime if they are obtained without going through the proper channels.

Possessing classified documents is not, in and of itself, a crime. One can possess them after going through the proper protocols. Did Biden legally obtain these documents? Or, did he just take them, like Trump did? That, we do not know. But, I suspect the former is the case, with a failure to return them, for whatever reason. Until we know all the details and circumstances here, it's irresponsible to accuse Biden of committing any crimes.

if anything suspicious about so few documents. Most likely they just got lost in the shuffle of moving.

Unlike Mag-a-Loco where there were 11,000 government documents and photographs recovered including some describing a foreign government’s nuclear capabilities. At the home of a self-serving BFF of autocrats and tyrants, one of whom has since committed countless war crimes during his unprovoked invasion of a neighboring sovereign country.
