the motion to dismiss the speaker?
I keep listening when ever it's bought up by news host and they all say just one member can sponsor a motion to remove the speaker but no one says if ALL members of the House can do it republicans, Democrats and independents?

All House rules regarding debate apply to all House members, regardless of Party.
