How many republicans in the House do you think lied about their resume? McCarthey himself said "who hasn't fluffed up their resume?" I wonder if this is why they feel like not doing anything about the one Santos wrote. It's a can of worms they don't care to open up. The fact is they are probably envious of Santos getting away with it.

Fluffing it seems to be the opposite of "under promise/over deliver".
Fluffing it might get one a job but could set expectations one can't meet.
If one is willing to change jobs every 2 or 3 years, I guess one could manage it.
