This is horrific
ET. A plane carrying 68 passengers and four crew members crashed in the city of Pokhara, Nepal, on Sunday while trying to land. At least 68 were killed, according to the airline operating the plane and the country's Civil Aviation Authority.

I'm flying in April, sigh...
Flown a lot in my life and it never gets easier.

(18,603 posts)My problem is... I'm an Engineer AND I've had anxiety issues on/off most of my life.
So when I'm on an airplane, each and every sound or vibration is open to immediate internal analysis and conjecture!
You'll be fine.

(18,603 posts)I flew back and forth to China every month or so and zipped across the globe, Xanax was my best friend.
Fortunately, I've been completely off of benzos for a long time.
I wouldn't say I'm a "terrified flyer" but I've never slept on a plane and it's not pleasant.

These days flying is a nuisance - haven't flown anywhere in ages
