Why we might expect charges are near in the Mar-a-Lago case?

With Trump, anything that might associate with his guilt is a "hoax". Yesterday, he was posting on his Tweeter, LLC about the "BOX HOAX". We can only assume he was talking about the boxes of documents that were discovered at his mansion in Mar-a-Lago.

Later, he was quoted as saying that the classified folders that were discovered were "cool keepsakes". He obviously had the stolen documents on his mind.

From all appearances, it looks like he has been talking to his lawyers about his defense in the theft and retention of classified documents. He seems to be flailing.

2. There is something fishy about the discovery of Biden's documents, in my opinion.

Their discovery was reported by CBS and NBC. Somebody told CBS and NBC about them. Who told them and why? It's been nothing but a media frenzy since.

Was it someone at the National Archives? Or was it someone at the DOJ? As far as we know, those are the only two departments that would have known about them, excepting Biden's lawyers.

Even though there were many months of contentious activity involving Archives and DOJ and grand jury with significant criminal liability due to obstruction in Trump's case compared to Biden who was fully cooperating and still in process of voluntary searches with just a handful of classified documents found.

administration. But nobody knew or missed papers from the Obama/Biden administration for six f---g years. Then
suddenly documents are found at the Biden Center a couple days before the election. Then they somehow discover
more documents in Biden''s garage at the time Republicans take charge of the House. There has to be a Trump loyalist
in Biden's SS service detail, staff or legal team.. This all has the stink of a Karl Rove style dirty trick.

When did garland decide to appoint jack smith wrt to when the documents were discovered at bidens office?

Did he decide to appoint smith knowing he was going to appoint an sc for biden? Is that why he finally did it?

What did he know, when did he decide each? He reportedly sent aides off within days to see if there were grounds for an sc in bidens case. He waited years for tfg.

Something seems related here, but not the way we think.

So the timelines kind of overlap.

The question is, who did garland decide to send to an sc first. And why.
