10. I see. That raises the question as to why the shooter's van was parked so haphazardly.

Did the police box it in while he was pulling in or out of the lot or did he just pull in, stop and then shoot himself?

5. I don't know what video you are referring to but there were 2 vans they were looking at.

One had white panels in the back doors where the window would be or maybe they were painted?
The other had black windows.

The video below shows the two vans. They are fairly close to each other.
