Proving his own humble admission that he is always the best at sports, Donald J. Trump seized the gold medal at his own Florida clubs senior golf championship on Sunday.
Even more incredibly, the former president was able to claim victory despite completely skipping the tourneys first day, having been in North Carolina for Lynette Diamond Hardaways memorial service.
Calling the win a great honor in a Truth Social post, Trump crowed, Competed against many fine golfers, and was hitting the ball long and straight
You need strength and stamina to WIN, & I have strength & stamina - most others dont. You also need strength & stamina to GOVERN!
As the events other competitors teed off at Trump International Golf Club on Saturday, the clubs namesake was nearly 700 miles away in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Trump was recorded onstage at Fayettevilles Crown Theater, eulogizing Diamond, the late pro-MAGA influencer who died suddenly at 51 a fortnight ago. Through the tears and the grief, let us celebrate this incredible life, he said.

Sounds like the time Roman Emperor Nero competed and won the Olympics.

But why? Why does Trump cheat so much when hes already a decent player? And how can he be so shameless as to cheat right in front of people? They call him on it, but he just shrugs and cheats some more. Its ruined his reputation in the golf world. Ninety percent of the people I interviewed on and off the record say he openly cheats. A lot of them said they stopped playing with him because of it. So why? Why cheat? Why lie? Why exaggerate his handicap, his scores, his club championships?
Because he has to, says Harvard psychiatrist Dr. Lance Dodes, co-author of The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump. He needs to be the best at everything. He cant stand not winning, not being the best. It had to have started very early in his development. To him, not being the best is like fingernails on the blackboard to you. He cant live with it.

I don't know I don't make the rules, but I spoke to the people at the Masters and the PGA, and they told me, crying "Yes Sir Mr. Trump thats just how it's done", but I don't know, my people tell me I'm champion, so I'm sure they're right"

(3,943 posts)Kim-jong-Il of North Korea was a great sportsman too
if you believe his press clippings. LOL
In his very first golf game in 1994, Kim finished an 18-hole round of golf at 38-under par over the 7,700-yard championship course at Pyongyang, according to state media. Kim was in a zone, recording five holes-in-one (some reports have the number as high as 11). Another legend had him bowling a perfect 300 in his first attempt at the sport, but that one may have strained the bonds of credulity to the breaking point.
