Today the judge in Georgia will make his decision about releasing the Special Grand jury report.

The big question is, when will DA Willis announce her decision on whether to indict or not. She could indict Trump, Meadows, Rudy, the fake electors for election fraud and other crimes.. It shouldn't be to much longer before she makes a decision. If the report is released I imagine much of it will be redacted in order to protect the investigations.

If she indicts, then there will be no doubt Garland will indict when the DOJ investigation is completed.

The special grand jury can't indict. It has to go to another for a gj indictment. Some da's can indict directly, but usually don't.

This hearing is not related to an indictment. It is only a hearing on releasing the special gj final report, which could contain a recommendation to charge, but doesn't have to.

The da can still get a regular gj to indict even if it is kept secret.

The basic grand jury does not vote whether to indict or not. They make a recommendation to the special grand jury. It is they who will determine to indict or not.

On whether or not to make the grand jury report public. Making arguments before the judge are the DA, news organizations, and lawyers for witnesses.

Trump’s lawyers chose not to show up, they just issued a letter saying that since Trump wasn’t subpoenaed he must not be target.

Most likely Fani was holding off her decision until after today’s ruling.

And the GJ already had the recording of him wanting those "extra" votes; they didn't need his testimony. Anyhow, if they had subpoenaed him he'd have fought it as far as he could and delayed the proceedings.

She wouldn't do it if she couldn't get indictments. The Special grand Jury voted to have their report released. They want the public informed. Let's see what the judge decides.

He needs to show he thought he won to avoid criminal intent.

Sure, the low level pawns are going to jail, but the big fish are skating. Hell, they are now running the legislature.

Don’t give drumpf any chance to turn his terrorists on the people involved. Keep it all secret until the grand jury and DA decide if they want to indict. But release it if the DA does NOT indict later so we can see if they are ignoring the evidence to protect drumpf.
