Children that young are still growing, and they need the nourishment they take in to stay healthy. A fetus takes an enormous amount of that nourishment, depriving the child of what she needs to keep growing in a healthy way. Most children that young are not physically developed enough to give birth naturally without severe complications and thus need surgery.

Forcing any child to have a baby is tantamount to torture.
