Trump should be in a padded cell...

...in a strait-jacket.

His latest comments are off the wall. He is recycling his golden oldies about the "Russian hoax" and all the grievances from the past. He is always the victim in his own passion play.

His words and his anger in his social media posts reflect a desperate man. Fortunately, he is now a desperate man without power.

He is like a rat in the corner. He feels trapped as his lies no longer work the way they once did.

His toxicity upon the world stage should not be under-estimated.

The world will be a much better place once he is removed from the stage.

2. If the J6 Committee had not talked about him...?

I wonder where he would be today.

I'm not sure I buy that theory that he will somehow disappear if we just ignore him?

3. Obviously people in a position to do something about him should do something about him.

I just think the rest of us shouldn't give him the attention he craves; that just encourages him.

4. I understand that point...

...but his lies have a way of overwhelming those in power and the institutions that could hold him accountable. I sort of lean to the proposition that the free press is the only institution he cannot control. I seriously doubt that there would even be an investigation of Trump right now if not for the J6 Committee and the free press.

5. No padding in that cell, please.

And, make sure the cops treat him "roughly" when they toss him in--just the way he said he wants cops to treat suspects in their custody. Bang his head on the door of the squad car, while you're at it.

Just concrete walls with no lighting at all! He doesn’t deserve any comfort whatsoever!
