So Now There's Another Chinese Spy Balloon Over Costa Rica?

Saw that on CNN’s website. To be clear, a “suspected” spy balloon. Gonna put my tinfoil hat on here for a minute….. Might this be reheated to the highly classified documents the orange asshole stole? And more likely the ones that haven’t been found yet?

I guess I’m wondering why there & why now. And also, with others & classified documents, it seems to have taken the heat off the orange one.
