Here's a thought:

Garland charges, Biden, Pence and tRUMP with unlawfully possessing secret documents. Then let a jury be presented with the evidence of a sitting POTUS having documents but cooperating, the former VP cooperating and the former potus not cooperating, lying and obstruction. Then let the chips fall where they may.

criminal statute, apparently. Charging someone with a crime they did not commit for the purpose of political posturing -- not okay.
