Comes experience and formation of leadership. If we limited ones time in congress to 5-10 years we'd be electing idiots like trump.

They are called elections. The American people don't need more rights to choose taken away. If they aren''t doing the job the way the people see fit, vote them out.

It also included that average years for a House member was 8 years I think and 10 years for a Senator.
