YES! Trump Is Going To Trial April 25th.

Manhattan judge Lewis Kaplan has scheduled the E. Jean Carroll defamation law suit for April 25th.

Carroll also sued Trump for sexual battery after New York passed a law, the Adult Survivor's Act, that allowed victims of sexual assault a 1 year window to sue after the statute of limitations had run out.

Judge Kaplan is considering combining the 2 lawsuits into one trial.

For those of you who say Trump will not be held accountable (people like me😊 could this be the trial that breaks the ice?

Oh yeah, Carroll's lawyer, Roberta Kaplan (no relation to the judge) is one of the best. Carroll has fought Trump for over 3 years and she has waited him out, let the trial or trials begin.

The Lawyer for Carroll should refuse and him put on the stand in order to humiliate him regardless.

On Tuesday, Carroll told reporters she would “never settle” the lawsuit against the former president. “This is about principle. This is about a powerful man assaulting and raping a woman and then getting away with it. That’s not right,” Carroll said outside of court.

5. This is a big deal for Trump,

Just imagine what a trial like this would do to a Narcissist.

The kicker happened during the deposition. Trump has claimed that he couldn't have done it because Carroll isn't Trump's type but when Carroll's lawyer showed him a photo and asked him to identify the woman, Trump responded that it was Carroll, however, the woman in the photo was Marla Maples. Bye, bye, "she's not my type" defense.
