to great effect. I was impressed how he segued from one achievement or goal to the next.
I agree with what Keith O said-The best SOTU speech ever. Obama was hard to beat, but Joe
in his own way did it, not by the smooth oratory of Obama, but with tremendous feeling and
belief in what he was saying.
"Let's finish the job!" I hope he was looking at Garland when he said that.
