Doctors Concerned Over Florida Seeking Menstrual Info

“While a change in diet, medication, exercise and stress can all affect a girl’s menstrual flow, doctors say cycle irregularities don’t affect their ability to play sports and are raising privacy concerns over a state board proposing to mandate that information for Florida students to play high school sports,” the Miami Herald reports.

How about the right to privacy?

I think the young women in Florida should bag up their used menstral products and send them to De Santis with a little note every month.
"Be sure to record my period, Ron. I'm in full compliance."

Concern ain’t gonna cut it. People need to rise up en masse and strong arm this fascist maniac before he destroys what left of that state.

It points out that this question has no medical purpose and it only exists for surveillance.

if you're a female and not having a monthly cycle, then you might be one of those "trans" people. Just sayin...

Sarcasm, of course. But feels like a backdoor move to me.

Did none of them ever know a teenage boy in the throes of puberty? Are they tracking nocturnal emissions? Surprise erections? Goofy, dangerous or even malevolent actions taken by teenage boys? Does anyone monitor the common testosterone levels in members of male sports teams before they descend on sorority parties? Did we learn nothing from Richard Speck, whose crimes were attributed to XYY syndrome?

At least girls don't commit acts of sexual violence when their hormone levels bounce around, or when they work as a pack.

We all know what this is really about--any excuse to keep girls out of sports, especially those "are we sure just how feminine this person is" girls, but really. They are shameless. Utterly shameless.

Abbott wants to know personal stuff about our young Texas teenager cycles. Why their Moms aren’t coming unglued is beyond me.
