I can’t deal with the rudeness and disrespect. I read the “rebuttal”, Sarah Huckleberry reminds me of Sarah Palin, regurgitated talking points memorized ahead of time and not a response to what POTUS actually said.

5. I Don't See That Being A Meaningful Comparison

Most people probably turn it off after the main speech. Especially as it took President Biden a long time to get out of the House, which further delayed the rebuttal.

I'm sure there's a big drop off in a reversed situation, and there is obviously going to be a big difference in the # of viewers.

I watch every SOTU, but rarely watch after, and this year was no exception.
