Let me also say that if they wish to sunset all of that then end all, and I mean all, subsidies and tax breaks of any kind to the oil and gas industry and for all but small businesses in any industry. Additionally make all large real estate transactions have mandatory screening for money laundering and prohibit large cash payments of any kind and by "funds transfer" from the Cayman Islands etc.
