They probably will just abandon the services. Children in Tennessee will suffer for it.

Tennessee is ranked in the lower half of states. I guess they want to get into the bottom 20% with their neighbors, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas

does Tennessee fund their schools adequately? Or will they simply have schools for rich white kids and nothing for anyone else?
