First, you shouldn't let the witnesses say anything, because they keep contradicting the point Republicans are trying to make. Second, you shouldn't let the Democrats on the committee say anything because they keep asking questions of the witnesses that elicits sworn testimony that shows the Republicans are full of it. They shouldn't let anyone else talk, and just spend the entire hearing time yapping and huffing their own farts, because reality is so biased against them.
