I’ve had the same issue with multiple websites when browsing from my desktop computer for awhile now. Don’t know what is causing it. I usually do a reload to fix it.

7. I have a problem with DU.

When I sign on it shows a menu on the left-hand side. I have to log off and sign in again. Can someone tell me how to stop the menu from covering 1/3 of the screen?

eta - On the 'My Account' page there are format options. Try swapping standard, classic, and mobile to see if that helps, or switching to another browser temporarily. The problem should go away on its own. It is known about and being worked on.

9. I've been experiencing this intermittently since Tue.

It’s like the CSS (formatting) doesn’t load. I have only experienced it on my iPhone. My iPad, MacBook, and Dell seem to be fine. I even tried other browsers, cleared cache, did a cold boot, it’s still intermittent.

Her OP had a screen shot, which I'll try to add below. The first and third threads were in Community Help. I hadn't looked at hers earlier since her thread title mentioned iOS, and this formatting problem isn't just affecting that.

The formatting seems fine this morning.

Yesterday when logging in on my phone a CAPTCHA verification window appeared, the version that uses twisted letters. After three tries with three different set of letters I gave up and logged in on my MacBook instead. That was the first time CAPTCHA has ever appeared when I tried logging in to DU.

But this has been happening to me for the past two days. I’ve tried shutting down my phone and leaving the site and trying again a few minutes later. Sometimes everything is fine. Have no idee what’s happening but the last couple of times I’ve accessed DU it’s been OK. Adding comment- the screenshot is what I’ve been seeing, too.

Why would html load and not css? Well, that's another internet festivus miracle.
But I've had zero problems with DU (so far)
