Trump to call Anderson Cooper as a witness for the defense in the E.J. Carroll trial

Anderson Cooper is on the list of witnesses for the defense for Trump in his defamation trial set to begin April 25th. If I remember correctly Trump was accusing CNN and Cooper of changing their questioning of Carroll in an interview, because she said something like most people think rape is sexy or some other ridiculous thing and Cooper went straight to a commercial.

Not sure where this is going but could be interesting.

afraid of putting Anderson Cooper under oath. He'll tell the absolute truth. I really believe that. Maybe on TV he has to stick to the tv script, but on the stand, he'll tell it like it is. How foolish of tfg to think otherwise. Dumbass.

2. Let Trump call Anderson,

let the debate be over whether Trump raped her or just had sex with her. I think the prosecution will be fine with that argument since that will mean that Trump did it.

This is the defamation case, my bets is he will settle at some point. The statement that she is not his type was blown to pieces when he was shown her picture and mistook her for his ex-wife Marla Maples.
