how the speech and debate clause only applies to Senators and House Reps, and how Pence can't claim to be a Senator in any way. So if it wouldn't work for Graham, who really is a Senator, it couldn't possibly work for Pence, who really isn't.

claiming the speech and debate protection. And I'm glad that someone pointed out that L. Graham tried this same thing too, failed too (in Georgia).
