GA Sheriff's deputy slams man on the pavement for no discernible reason

This is Tyler Canaris he was walking to work on March 4th when Paulding County Sherriff stopped and approached him. The slam on the pavement resulted in a broken collarbone and concussion. You can tell by the way..
