Just says Carter on it.. it means the world to me because my Mother passed away last year and she had Hospice in with her for her final 2 weeks.. they kept the pain away.. and Mom floated away basically on a soft fall breeze. I am forever grateful for what they do

She had Parkinsons and then a major stroke.

Then little strokes .

She was on hospice care in her nursing home.

She was on hospice for about a year.

She passed in her sleep.
