Trump in E. Palestine: Were bringing thousands of bottles of water - Trump Water, actually. Most of it. Some of it we had to go to a much lesser quality of water. You want to get those Trump bottles.

(11,419 posts)of course, plus extra for shipping and handling. And don't forget the costs of storing it for all those years. Say, $15 a bottle? Donnie is not one to turn up his nose at a chance to make a buck.

(51,308 posts)He built that little bomb shelter before I was walking. He did grow up in London during the Blitz.
Hed love knowing you found that in a shelter.
My mom made it clear to all of us that she would NOT be taking part when we all headed for the shelter lol. Nuclear holocaust/winter was preferable.

(14,443 posts)Dad had it built to specifications. We were first generation from Latvia here after WWII. The most use it ever got was when I was a teenager and my friends and I would sneak in for make out sessions. That and mom would store extra canned goods.
I still remember the warning from dad not to spread around that we had it because when the nuclear war started, everyone in the neighborhood would want to be in there.

(3,096 posts)that my wife would also prefer to take her chances above ground in the fallout rather than be stuck in a little box underground with us for months on end.
I mean, how may times could we play "pull my finger" before she beat us all with a skillet?

What everyone is missing her is that the alleged "billionaire" will only supply 13 pallets of water for a town of over 4700. Cheap bastard. (Or, more likely, a lying, broke bastard.)

(24,618 posts)I am embarrassed to admit it. They were on sale for like $15 each. The tag said 'Medium' but they were at least x-large. I couldn't wear them. I gave one away and still have the other one. Maybe I can get a MAGA cult idiot to give me $1,000 for it.
