Glen was on Stephanie Miller today, he said that Jack Smith isn't fooling around, he said that Smith is into a 2 minute offense. He isn't waiting for every court up the line, he is requesting that a judge require Mike Pence to testify.

Kirshner then said that pre-Smith DOJ couldn't even field a team on the field.

Also of note from Miller's show; they believe that Fox is getting behind Ron DeSantis, that big donors are getting behind DeSantis. They want to see an all out war between Trump and DeSantis. What will the unwashed Magats do if they find out that Fox has dumped Trump? I'm not so sure it has, yet.

Nobody talks about how Smith was handed all the evidence gathered by the DOJ before he arrived. He was also handed all the J6 committees evidence after he arrived. Garland did not have the committee evidence. The committee turned that over in December. People, including prosecutors on TV, make it sound like nothing was done before the Great Jack Smith arrived. Smith has been back here in America for about two months. And he is in the two minute offense already? Ready to bring indictments. Smith is a miracle worker, Garland did nothing.

Next week Garland testifies to the Senate committee about the investigations. Let's wait and see his perspective of the investigations.

13. You lost your own argument

when you said that the J6 committee didn't turn over its evidence right away that means The J6 committee was ahead of DOJ, why? Why wasn't DOJ ahead of the J6 committee. If DOJ didn't have the J6 evidence "that means it wasn't investigating."

The icing on the cake was the Cassidy Hutchinson testimony. DOJ was shamed into acting after her J6 testimony. DOJ was shocked with her testimony.

The J6 committee was ahead of The DOJ on some things. The DOJ was ahead of the committee on some things. They were both investigating the coup, but in different ways.

People are passing judgement on Garland, the DOJ, for not doing certain things before the J6 committee. They are doing this without getting an explanation from Garland, the DOJ. They may have very good reasons for the way they have done things. People are making judgements without all the facts.

You and others asked the question, Why wasn't the DOJ ahead of the committee? We don't know because Garland hasn't told his side of the story. People just ask that question and then pass judgement on Garland. Garland failed, Garland was doing nothing.

One thing that is true. There is a lot of evidence Garland, the DOJ. were investigating the top coup plotters long before Smith arrived. Many subpoenas were issued long before Smith arrived. You can look them up. People ignore that fact and say Garland was doing nothing.

Go back and look at the public record, it shows the work that has been put into the investigations; the DOJ has been doing a lot and just because it is not on your timeline or Kirschner's you make these spurious claims. Kirschner, himself goes back and forth in his praise and distaste for Garland, total hyperbole, it is how he makes his money and keeps himself relevant. There are still known steps that have to be taken before indictments come and the prep work for subpoenas has been going on for some time. Kirschner knows all this as well and has said himself on previous occasions, but his viewers obviously want more outrage.

When Smith arrived back here most of the work had been done. It gave him the ability to take off running. Smith did not have to investigate thousands of people who stormed the Capital, The Oath Keepers, Proud Boys.

Many of the fake electors were subpoenaed before Smith arrived. Top coup plotters had their phones taken, homes searched before Smith arrived. The committee refused to turn over all their evidence to the DOJ until they were done in December. That was handed to Smith when he arrived. All of this can be verified by simply going to google.
