It is plain as a pikestaff to anyone that Biden's cabinet is competent. Objectively, the turnover has been zero - indicating everyone has been doing a good job (departures can have other reasons, of course, which can be compatible with a good job)

The only reason to put up a picture of the cabinet members and then say "they were chosen for their ethnicity" without explaining any reason to think they haven't done good jobs is racism. They are appealing to racists watching Fox who cannot see a picture with that many non-whites and think "they're all there for their ability". Coming 4 years after the disaster of Trump's incompetent and/or corrupt picks, it's breathtaking hypocrisy.
