3. It's pure wishful thinking on my part.

I have had ice wine from Canada. It was delicious! If there's a possibility of a Napa Valley version, I'm all for it!

I believe it was a Riesling. I like it, alas, it doesn’t like me. It’s a bit too acidic for me.
