When an anti-choicer tells you a pregnancy has unique DNA

Ask them - would abortion be acceptable if handfuls of people shared the same DNA?

It's one of the more bizarre arguments I hear.

Yes, the fertilized egg is a complete genetic organism genetically different from both DNA donors, but that doesn’t address any of the reasons why women should have access to safe and legal abortions.
