acknowledge that they voted for the candidates who don't support rules and regulations on business, don't believe in controlling pollution, don't believe in universal health care, don't believe in paying taxes to provide services to "other people" and don't support government be it local, state or federal. East Palestinians can also acknowledge they voted to make the bed they are now lying in and will live with the consequences of the their action.

You can bet if this derailment had happened in Cleveland or some other distant Ohio town, the residents of East Palestine wouldn't have cared less or been worried about the future of those townfolk.

others. Yet people refuse to be "informed" and now, thanks to folks like DeSantis, they will refuse "bigley" to learn history and, even worse, learn from history. I try my best to be sympathetic but it really is hard when I see who was elected in the last election. May the forks be against them.

In close proximity to the derailment.

I'm not against them getting all the help they need. But I also recognize the good townfolk are major hypocrites.

They could have had Tim Ryan for their Senator. He'd be fighting his butt off for them...but, no J. D. Vance is who Ohio elected. What a shame.

Absolutely no government or corporate testing will be untainted by either corporate greed or politically compromised agendas.
