The only other 2 choices here, sadly. 😏

Btw, Aldi had the baseball kitty houses on another clearance last week for just under $5. I thought of you when I saw them.

Arthur knocked out the window frames and chewed on the doorways. Then I think they got into a wrestling match INSIDE of the house and it collapsed. I still have it and might try a repair.

Carys LOVES the big 'egg' bed I bought at Aldi for the boys. It is grey so she thinks she blends in.

It's sure not very sturdy. Lol

Arthur...

I put mine together & gave to the new little kitty who is living in a separate room. He's doing better, btw, now allowing me to pick him up & set him in my lap. And he will stay in my lap for a good 10-15 min. Rumbling like a freight train. Lol

I'm considering asking the rescue to find him his own forever home.

He is like a sponge for attention & I only have so much time. I'm feeling like he deserves more. To be a constant part of daily life in a loving home & he's FIV+ & I have my senior rescue queen who HATES that there is another cat in the house. Sometimes she sits outside that bedroom door & just hisses at the new kitty. He doesn't seem to understand, as he just purrs in response.

Dunno what to do...

I've got an Ameraucana and an old lady Plymouth Rock. One lays a turquoise egg and the other a brown.

They're good layers...maybe we're working up to the proverbial golden egg

I haven't bought chicks in a few years; I wonder if the price has increased.

reason. They're free range, so every day is an egg hunt. I've always enjoyed that, though it can be annoying if one of my dogs finds an egg first.

I paid $2.98 a gallon yesterday. Not a peep from the media about how low the gas prices are. I'll bet if it were $.50 a gallon they would still not talk about it because it's more exciting to rile up the public about gas and egg prices!
