Damn bank finally agreed to refinance my mortgage

Been fighting with these people for months.

It's stupid. I've made every payment on time since 2006. Yet they wouldn't refinance my mortgage and lower my payments because I "didn't meet their income requirements." What sense does that make? I've never missed a payment! And they consider me a higher risk if they lower my payment?

So found out today they finally agreed to do it.

These people don't have any common sense.

We have refinanced twice in the last 5 years. No problems...

I feel for you. That just sucks. But I am glad you came out at the end with a new mortgage...
