#Ukraine called for war crimes investigation after a video showed a 🇺🇦 soldier executed seemingly by Russian soldiers. Video shows him unarmed smoking a cigarette. Pulls cigarette from his mouth, blows out the smoke & says “Slava Ukraini” (Glory to Ukraine) - he's then shot dead.
