These cases had their day in court. They were settled. Sadly, when the now MAGA dominated new court began the new session, they accepted the petitions to re-adjudicate these cases.

(13,326 posts)3. I just watched the entire hearing and the filibustering by some of the judges
especially the one asking questions that were unrelated in this case, was so obviously being used to not allow the lawyer to make their case by running out the clock. That is disgusting.
