Any Voting Pattern Experts out there? I've got a question for you.
Who, or I should say which groups dominate, are the people who come out to vote in the Presidential elections but do not show up for the mid-terms? I ask because we absolutely need to take the House back in 2014 and all it takes is turn-out.
So just who are the Democrats who will stand in line for hours once every four years but can't be bothered to show up at all for the in-between elections?
