I don't have any inside info, but If he believes he is going to be arrested Tuesday, I think the indictment has already happened. It is just under seal until the arrest is made. That is the most likely explanation for why he knows it is coming on Tuesday. NY prosecutors notified his lawyers of the indictment to give him the choice to surrender peacefully with no hand cuffs or to be cuffed and perp walked with news crews filming it all. I hope cameras are rolling when he is read his miranda rights....
