A shame we, as a country, cannot be signatories on the ICC's Court to designate Putin a War Criminal

That's because Bush/Cheney exited the ICC before they illegally invaded Iraq under false pretenses, They were war criminals as well...using lies about WMD to invade and destroy Iraq. Sukcs how history comes back to bite us in the ass.
