Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsWith TFG's outburst this morning on social media, could he be indicted for tampering with jurors?
Or right now, the Grand Jury and a jury pool after the indictment?
His capitalized "message" has the potential to influence a juror who's pro-TFG to give him a mistrial or acquittal or another juror to vote not to indict and/or convict b/c of the fear of another insurrection. The latter is an undisguised threat IMO.

Section 215.25 - Tampering with a juror in the first degree

(26,257 posts)these so-called 'tampering' with the jury efforts is moot, and I like to think that a responsible jury (questioned quite closely prior to being selected for jury duty), would already be aware of this crap going on.
tRUMP (and others too) seems to think that the world revolves around his stupid ass texts, which, IMHO, do not. That's why I don't read articles that plaster his damn texts still, that why I don't pay attention to anyone (on TV or otherwise) that analyzes them endlessly.

(46,139 posts)What you read, in all likelihood, relates to the Jean Carroll defamation case, which is being tried in federal court and where the judge has asked the parties whether they have any objection to an anonymous jury.

(55,129 posts)At this point that's all they are. There are no jury members. There is no jury pool other than potential.

(54,899 posts)Even though there will be substitute jurors ready to replace "plants," I see a mistrial in the offing.

(24,681 posts)There are potential jurors who are completely politically uninformed, clueless as to media opinion, unconnected to social media.
Like the "salt of the earth" speech in Blazing Saddles.
