Hurricane Sandy was an entirely Neutral force in the election.

Hurricanes happen. So do earth quakes, forest fires and, I assume, hoards of locusts.

If Obama received any benefit from Sandy, it was because of his response, as in he responded well and was rewarded.

Isn't that how it's supposed to work? Do a good job with the circumstances handed to you; be rewarded. Fuck it up; be punished.

This isn't complicated, folks!

Response to adversity is revealing. Romney's response revealed his deeply flawed, cynical and self interested character. Obama's response, on the other hand, was presidential.

I think some just grabbed it as a reason, their minds were already made up and why have to explain your ideaology and convictions to some trolling pollsters outside the polling centers on election day. I agree with you too, he was doing his job, we are made to believe it's the least we could expect and that was reason enough to cast our ballot in his favor, BS!
